1Twist the cap in either direction to break the seal

2Discard the cap when removed

3Invert the bottle and direct the nozzle towards the inner corner of the affected eye nearest the bridge of the nose

4Gently squeeze the bottle and tilt the head to allow the Saline solution to flow across the affected eye towards the outer corner

5Repeat until the eye has been thoroughly irrigated or until professional medical help arrives
